Tracking revision rounds

Magpiie tracks revision rounds automatically for every draft. You can see how many passes a deliverable took, what was resolved each round, and what is still open.

What you can track

• How many revision rounds each draft has been through.
• How many comments were resolved in each version.
• Which comments are still open across the whole draft.
• Who requested each change, and who fixed it.

Revision summaries

A revision summary explains what changed in a version: additions, trims, and fixes as structured changes rather than a paragraph in an email. Clients get a clear receipt of the work, and nobody argues later about what was in which round.

Use rounds to spot problems early

• Lots of rounds on one deliverable? The brief may be unclear. Agree the goal before the next cut.
• The same note keeps reopening? Talk it through in the thread rather than guessing again.
• Comments keep arriving late? Set a review deadline in your request.
