Yes. Every member of a workspace — Owner, Editor, Reviewer, Viewer, or Client — takes up one seat, whatever their role. A role decides what someone can do inside Magpiie, not whether they count against your plan. Free gives you 2 seats; Creator Crew, 6; Studio Crew, 12; Enterprise is custom.

A two-person workspace (you plus one editor) with room to run a real review loop end to end: upload, comment, revise, approve, all in-app. Free doesn't include downloading drafts or public share links — those are the paid-plan gates — but everything else is a ceiling you grow into. No card required, and it's free forever.

Native uploads — your master cuts, drafts, exports, and any source files you upload to a project. Comments, revisions, and metadata don't count. If you ever bump the cap, we'll surface it inside the workspace and let you upgrade or top up — never auto-charge.

Yes, anytime. Upgrade and you're billed pro-rated for the difference. Downgrade and we apply the credit to the next cycle. Plans are billed monthly today; yearly billing is coming soon.

You'll see a friendly heads-up inside the app before anything blocks. From there you can either upgrade tiers or, on Enterprise, add seats à la carte. We never silently lock people out of an active project.

We offer discounts for verified non-profits and educational institutions, just send us a note from a domain email and we'll set it up. Yearly billing, with its own savings, is coming soon.

Enterprise is volume-based: seats, storage, and the security/compliance features your IT team needs. We start with a 30-minute scoping call, send a written quote within two business days, and you're live within a week. No 6-month procurement marathons.

If something genuinely doesn't work for your team in the first 30 days of a paid plan, write to us — we'll refund without an interrogation. After that, you can cancel anytime to stop future charges; we don't pro-rate mid-cycle refunds.
