Inviting team members

Invite the people whose feedback you need, teammates and clients alike, as members of the project. Members can comment, reply, approve, and download.

Invite someone to a project

1. 1Open the project.
2. 2Invite the person by entering their email address.
3. 3They get an invite and create a Magpiie account once, if they do not have one already.
4. 4From then on the team link takes them straight to the project and its drafts.

What members can do

• Review video, shorts, thumbnail, script, and audio drafts.
• Leave pinned comments and draw on video frames.
• Reply to comments and work through the ones assigned to them.
• Approve a version.
• Download drafts, on plans that include downloads.

Inviting clients

A client who needs to comment or approve is invited as a member, just like a teammate. They sign up once and land straight on the draft, with no training needed: click on the draft, type, send.

Members and your plan

Pricing is flat per plan, not per seat, so adding a client does not change your bill until you reach the limit. For people who only need to watch, use a public link instead. It does not use a member slot. See Managing collaborator access.
