Reviewing the latest version

When a new version arrives, the job is to check what changed, confirm the earlier notes were fixed, and add anything new. Magpiie points reviewers at the latest version automatically, so feedback never lands on a cut that has already been replaced.

Review a new version

1. 1Open the draft. You land on the latest version.
2. 2Read the release notes to see what changed and what to focus on.
3. 3Go through the comments carried forward from the last version. Click each one to jump to its spot and check the fix.
4. 4Reopen anything that is not fixed, with a reply saying why.
5. 5Watch or read the whole version once more and pin any new comments.
6. 6If everything is resolved, move to approval. See Final approval workflow.
