Introduction to Magpiie

Magpiie is a content review and revision tool for creators, production teams, and brands. It keeps every draft of a piece of content, the video, the shorts, the thumbnail, the script, and the audio, in one place, with the feedback pinned to exactly what it is about.

Drafts stack as versions, feedback moves each one forward, and the approved final sits on top.

The problem Magpiie solves

In most content teams, feedback arrives everywhere at once: a WhatsApp voice note, an email with "around 1:23" in it, a comment in a shared doc, a message in Slack. Files live in a drive, and nobody is quite sure which cut is the latest. Every revision round starts with someone rebuilding the list of what was asked for.

Magpiie replaces that with one workflow. Each draft lives in a project, each note is pinned to its exact spot, and each change has a state, an owner, and a history.

Review five formats in one tool. Video, shorts, thumbnails, scripts, and audio each open in a view built for them.
Leave pinned feedback. Comments attach to a frame, a script line, an audio second, or a spot on an image, so nobody has to guess what a note means.
Track every change. Comments move through Open, In progress, Needs info, Resolved, and Won't fix, and can be assigned to the person who owns the fix.
Keep versions straight. New uploads stack automatically, the latest is always obvious, and earlier notes carry forward to the new cut.
Get a clear sign-off. Approvals are timestamped against a specific version.
Share safely. Invite reviewers as members, or send a watch-only public link to anyone who just needs to see the cut.
