Assigning comments to editors

A comment with no owner is a comment nobody fixes. Assigning each note to the person responsible, whether that is the video editor, the writer, the designer, or the audio engineer, turns feedback into a clear list of work.

Assign a comment

1. 1Open the comment.
2. 2Choose the teammate who owns the fix.
3. 3Save. They are notified, and the comment shows up in their list.

Who should own what

Working through your assigned comments

• Filter the draft by status to see only what you still owe.
• Move a comment to In progress when you start, so nobody else picks it up.
• Mark it Resolved when it is done in the next version.
• Use Needs info when you are blocked on an answer.
